What Is a Double Row Full Complement Cylindrical Roller Bearings?

Double row full complement cylindrical roller bearings are composed of solid outer rings, inner rings and full complement rolling elements. Since there is no cage, the bearing can accommodate as many rolling elements as possible and therefore has a higher load-carrying capacity.

Double row full complement cylindrical roller bearings are divided into NNC bearing, NNCF series, NNCL type, NNF type and others.

NNF***2LSNVY double row full complement cylindrical roller bearings have two inner rings, which are connected by a clamping ring and are inseparable. The outer ring has a middle rib that can withstand bidirectional axial loads. It is used for Locating bearings. Due to the large distance between the two rows of rollers, it can also withstand the overturning moment. There are two stop grooves on the surface of the outer ring for axial positioning. This type of bearing is equipped with contact seal rings on both sides and is filled with lithium-based grease. The operating temperature is limited to -40℃~+80℃. Under certain conditions, this type of bearing does not require maintenance. However, when there is water vapour or pollution during operation, and it is often operated at medium or high speed, relubrication must be added. When using engine oil for lubrication, the sealing ring needs to be removed, and the grease in the bearing must be cleaned. When using engine oil for lubrication, the rotation speed can be increased by 30%.

Double row full complement cylindrical roller bearings can withstand larger loads and can be used as axial locating or non-locating bearings. Double row full complement cylindrical roller bearings are suitable for medium and low speeds and places with large loads, such as construction machinery, vehicles, steel, lifting machinery, etc.
